The Kirkwood – Des Peres Area Chamber is again hosting our Annual Economic Outlook Breakfast along with our partnering Area Chambers of Commerce, Affton-Lemay, Creve Coeur-Olivette, Fenton, Southwest Area, and Webster Groves/Shrewsbury/Rock Hill Area.  This event provides timely economic forecasting, allowing you and other business professionals to hear inspiring local economic and policy experts to determine future operating activities and evaluate emerging trends. 

Paul Christopher, CFA, Head of Global Market Strategy, Wells Fargo Investment Institute, Wells Fargo Financial Advisors will keynote the breakfast delivering insight into the market forecast for 2022 and out. Mr. Christopher, Jason Hall, President/CEO, Greater St. Louis, Inc., and Betsy Cohen, Executive Director, St. Louis Mosaic Project, will serve as our panel of experts, providing insights for our Region’s economic position with a focus on the labor shortage and the role immigrants to St. Louis can play in easing the shortage and allowing the economy to bounce back from the economic disruption caused by COVID-19.  Carol Daniel, KMOX radio host, will emcee.  Attendees include business, civic, legislative, and municipal leaders representing critical industries and related economic sectors in the Region.
