Founded in 1976, Laumeier was one of the first sculpture Parks in the U.S. and operates through a successful private-public partnership with St. Louis County Parks and Recreation. It is accredited by the American Alliance of Museums (AAM) and is recognized as one of the top sculpture parks in the world. Free and open to the public daily, Laumeier serves more than 360,000 visitors annually with indoor and outdoor exhibitions, education programs and community events.
