DESCRIPTION:Join your fellow Chamber members and guests at the General Membership Luncheon.  Networking starts at 11:30 am\, the program begins at noon and we are finished by 1:15 pm.\n\n\n\nThank you to our Luncheon Sponsor:\n\nWinter Opera St. Louis - Two singers from their upcoming production of Manon Lescaut will sing a short duet!\n\n\n\nLuncheon Speaker: Katie Mackenzie\, GYMGUYZ Owner & Personal Trainer\n\n\n\nLuncheon Topic:  Functional Fitness for Everyone's Goals\n\nWhile everyone has different fitness goals\, learn about the components that should be a part of everyone's journey.  This will be interactive so make sure to be ready for some movement.  \n\n\n\nKatie Mackenzie has a BS in Nutrition and Fitness\, MS Kinesiology and Sport & Exercise Behavior\, and she's an ACSM - Certified Exercise Physiologist - ACE Health Coach.\n\n\n\nMenu: Twisted Tree Salad\, Chicken Picatta\, White Pasta\, Green Beans\, and Red Velvet Cake\n\n\n\nChamber Members\, be sure to take advantage of the Early Bird Discount for the Luncheon Program of $25 for Chamber members who RSVP by noon the Friday before the Luncheon\, after that the cost goes up to $35.   The cost for Non-Members\, and walk-ins is $35. Fruit & Veggie plates MUST be requested by noon the Friday before the Luncheon. Late requests cannot be accommodated.  No refunds or credits will be issued on any cancellations made less than 24 hours before Luncheon.
