DESCRIPTION:The Kirkwood - Des Peres Area Chamber of Commerce has partnered with Every Child Promised\, and the Kirkwood School District Nutrition on the Weekends (KSD NOW) program to support families who are in need of additional assistance with Back-to-School supplies.\n\n\n\nDid you know that the average spending on back to school supplies is about $529 per student? We will be focusing our efforts to support the Kirkwood kids in need to ensure a successful start to a new school year. This support can be in the form of a donation of school supplies from the Amazon Wishlist\, put together by the social workers\, or a monetary donation that can go to support the beginning of the year fees/items. Any donation amount and every item is greatly appreciated.\n\n\n\nTo make a monetary donation simply click the "Register" button along the top right under the School Supply Drive graphic.\n\n\n\nClick Here to Shop the Amazon Wishlist\n\n\n\nOR\, if you would rather physically buy items\, the in-person needs would be Crayola 12-count colored pencils\, Crayola 24-count crayons\, and 10-count Crayola markers.  (Social workers mentioned that these items run out the most.) These items are only 99 cents at Target.
