If you're looking for a fun and meaningful way to get involved in the Kirkwood community, look no further than the upcoming KSDF Chili Bowl! Presented in partnership with the Kirkwood/Des Peres Chamber, this exciting event is a beloved tradition that kicks off the Turkey Day Football game. With over 1,400 people expected to attend, we need your help to make it a success.
Join us as a volunteer and be a part of something special. You can help by serving chili, setting up, or breaking down the event. By volunteering your time, you'll be supporting the Kirkwood School District Foundation and making a difference in the lives of students. The Foundation offers sponsorship opportunities that enable sponsors to showcase their message to the more than 1,400 attendees, along with social posts and marketing emails via the Foundation. The Kirkwood School District Foundation is a group of parents, alumni, and friends working to build a stronger community by raising private funds to enrich the educational experiences of all Kirkwood students. Funds raised from Chili Bowl will help support teacher grants, future scholarships for graduating seniors, and additional support for small educational passion projects.
The Foundation has a strong Chamber representation with Board of Directors representatives including Dr. David Ulrich-Kirkwood School District, Hardy Washington-State Farm, Kirk Faubel-Insurance Advisors, and business support from Lydia Gwin-Gwin's Tiny Kitchen, Roeser Home Remolding, Sky High Travel, Mike Duffy's, First Community Bank, and Tim Schulze-Pioneer Wealth Management.
