Leaders Learning & Connecting (LLC) is a networking and mentoring group provided by the Kirkwood - Des Peres Area Chamber of Commerce.
Join other Leaders as we learn and grow together.
We are honored to have Sean Hayes, of Dielmann Sotheby's International Realty, as our Speaker for this month's LLC
"Elevating Your Business Through Gifting"
Sean Hayes began his real estate career in 2004, transitioning from a background in secondary education. Inspired by his grandparents, who ran a real estate business in Bluffton, IN, Sean found his true passion in real estate after the passing of his grandfather.
Since then, he has become a recognized name in the St. Louis market, earning the 5 Star Award for Real Estate for over 12 years. Living in Kirkwood with his two children, Sean is deeply invested in his community, serving on the Kirkwood Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and supporting the local school district.
His love for architecture is evident in the unique homes he represents, and his goal is to help clients create plans that ensure smooth, successful transactions. In 2024, Sean remains committed to providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for his clients. Sean will be sharing his experience and expertise by speaking on “Elevating Your Business Through Gifting”.

We honored to have Karen Gender, President of the local non-profit organization Kirk Care, as our Featured Charity.
Karen, the President of Kirk Care, will be sharing about the history and mission of Kirk Care and how they serve our community and how you can help as they strive to provide services to those in need for the communities of Kirkwood, Glendale, Warson Woods, Oakland and Des Peres.
Her passion, and that of her team of volunteers, will absolutely shine through!
