Our Speaker this month is Deanna Ley, the CEO and Founder of IKAGG (I Know A Guy / Gal). She will be sharing "The 3 Bucket Theory: Learning to Control Your Controllables"

Deanna Ley, educator turned entrepreneur, is the driving force behind two amazing ventures. She lives to build communities of support, to connect businesses to each other and people to themselves, and to guide and inspire.

As the CEO and Founder of IKAGG (I Know A Guy / Gal), since 2018, she's been dedicated to helping businesses CONNECT, COLLABORATE, AND GROW through unique in-person and online networking opportunities that are founded on three pillars - Collaboration Over Competition, Referrals Through Relationships, and Give First & Give Often. Whether it's through the 17,000 person IKAGG St. Louis Facebook group or CONNECT, IKAGG's weekly networking option or other options in-between, there's something for every business owner and professional who's looking for ways to not feel like they are operating alone on an island.

In September of 2021, Deanna took back her health which sparked a mission to guide women through the journey of healing their relationship with food and with themselves. Leveraging her community-building background, she founded the No Sugar! No Flour! No Problem Facebook group in November of that same year. Today, that group has over 75,000 members worldwide. This group emboldened her to start monthly challenges, including the I CHOOSE ME No Sugar | No Flour 30 Day Challenge in May of 2022 and THE DEDICATED WAY Challenge in May of 2023, and most recently the two-day, immersive workshop - DEDICATED: PAVING THE WAY TO WHAT'S POSSIBLE.

Deanna's life's philosophy is #TogetherIsAmazing. It means that when we all pull together for the benefit of each other - the benefit of the group - AMAZING things happen. Everything she does day in and day out, in life and in business, works to prove that philosophy true.
