Yoga found Jamie over 20 years ago at a time in her life when she needed it the most. She has a background in chemical engineering and functional nutrition. However, it wasn't until she got back to her yoga practice again 2 years ago and completed her 200-hour teacher training through Gateway Yoga in 2024 that she put all of the pieces of holistic wellness together!
Jamie will discuss how yoga can be a powerful way to put your body into a parasympathetic state and how this can help you realize all of your wellness efforts. When she's not in the studio, supporting 1:1 nutrition clients, or reading functional lab tests, you can find Jamie outdoors in nature, cooking nutrient-dense meals in the kitchen, and spending time with her family.
