Join us for our Young Professionals Network event!
Justin Woodard is the third-generation owner and CEO of Woodard Cleaning & Restoration, a family-owned St. Louis company that has been serving the community for 80 years. Justin combines a background in software engineering with hands-on leadership experience across operations, technology, and business strategy. As President & CEO, he is passionate about building strong cultures, developing future leaders, and helping people overcome challenges both personally and professionally. Justin believes that gratitude is one of the most powerful tools for creating meaningful relationships, fostering resilience, and achieving lasting success—both in business and in life.
Justin will share practical insights on how cultivating gratitude can strengthen relationships, improve leadership effectiveness, increase personal fulfillment, and positively influence workplace culture. Inspired by lessons learned through leading a growing family business, attendees will leave with simple strategies they can apply immediately in their professional and personal lives.

About the Young Professionals Network (YPN)
The Young Professionals Network is designed for professionals ages 39 and under. This program brings together professionals who are early to mid-career, creating a space to connect, learn, and grow alongside others navigating similar experiences.
Each monthly event creates an approachable space to meet others, expand your network, and walk away with something you can use right away. Events are typically held on the last Tuesday of each month from 4:00-5:30 PM. You can learn more about the group here.
