SproutMD is hosting a vaccine clinic at their office in Kirkwood for CVS on 9/29/2022 to be onsite to administer the shots.
A CVS pharmacist will bring the vaccines to the SproutMD office, administer them, and bill insurance or collect upfront for self-pay. This is a great opportunity to get a flu shot and/or the new bivalent COVID booster in a setting that will be less crowded than most pharmacies. If the spots fill up, SproutMD will try to schedule another date in the near future.

If you want to get a COVID Booster but can’t find it on the list when
you register, please reserve a spot and let SproutMD know directly.
1) All participants need to register using the link above in advance to
reserve a spot and allocate the appropriate vaccines to the office. This will also allow CVS to determine your copay if any.
2) All vaccines will be billed through CVS pharmacy #18042, 8867 Ladue Road (314) 725–3264.
3) Any payments will be due (paid to CVS) at the time of vaccination, by CASH OR CHECK.
4) All vaccines are in single dose syringes so they are preservative free.
5) Vaccines cannot be administered to anyone under age 7 during this event.
6) SproutMD will have consent forms at the office to be completed in advance.
7) All participants will be required to wear a mask at all times, and you are free to wait outside or in your car to complete your consent form until your time slot.
8) If you have received any other vaccines in the 4 weeks before this date, please reach out. We usually recommend giving 4 weeks between most vaccines to allow your immune system to fully react to the prior vaccine before challenging with another, unless they are administered on the same date.
9) The new COVID-19 bivalent boosters will be available.
Self pay vaccines are available for those without insurance or whose insurance does not cover them. The prices listed are full price, there are no extra administration fees.
