Brief Speaker Bio: Tracey Swabby has been motivating people since birth. She is a national speaker and motivating people around her is her mission. Tracey works in the EMS field physically caring for people, training and motivating her staff, and working closely with customers across the country which is her job! She has been in EMS for 26 years working for the nation's largest ground ambulance service, Global Medical Response -locally at the St. Louis and Illinois headquarters that some of you may know as Abbott EMS. Tracey loves every minute of life and has experience in Teaching, public speaking, Business development, marketing, Admissions/Marketing trainer in LTC, a wife, and most importantly a MOM, that is her passion! She challenges people to challenge themselves and teaches them how to make everyday AWESOME!
