Speaker: Stephanie A. Haenchen, Chief Pacesetter, Pace Marketing
Speaker Topic: How to Remain Personal while Automating your Customer Experience
The landscape of marketing your business has evolved and become increasingly complex. One basic principle has remained: the customer experience is paramount to your long-term success. In this talk, I will share how you can remain personal while automating your customer experience in three ways:
1. Standardizing your messaging
2. Establishing your own marketing “habits”
3. Building your marketing toolbox to include resources that do the work for you
Brief Speaker Bio: With nearly 20 years of experience inside a variety of organizations, from billion-dollar companies to national nonprofits, Steph identified a need – a marketing firm that moved with the client at their pace. In 2011, Steph launched Pace Marketing and attracted a team of seasoned marketing and design experts from national agencies, Fortune 500 companies and nonprofits. She built a nimble team of passionate leaders, or rather, Pacesetters. Her Pacesetters are equipped to collaborate, inspire, create, execute and progress with the best clients. At Pace, everyone takes full ownership of each project allowing the client’s marketing to stay in motion. As Steph declares, “there is never a reason to slow down progress.” Steph is a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism and the Graduate School of Communications at Webster University. She is an avid cyclist and invests deeply in causes such as Multiple Sclerosis and the transformation of her neighborhood in St. Louis.
