We are 3 generations of martial artists that is family-owned and operated. When we began our own martial arts journeys, the impact it had on our lives was remarkable!

When we opened Rise MA in 2017, we made a commitment to our community to create an enjoyable environment for students to improve their fitness, while building confidence they can carry into their everyday lives. It is our privilege and honor to take the knowledge we've received in our own martial arts training and pass it on.
