Join your fellow Chamber members and guests at the General Membership Luncheon.  Networking starts at 11:30 am, the program begins at noon and we are finished by 1:15 pm.

Luncheon Topic:  Functional Fitness for Everyone's Goals
While everyone has different fitness goals, learn about the components that should be a part of everyone's journey.  This will be interactive so make sure to be ready for some movement.  

Katie Mackenzie has a BS in Nutrition and Fitness, MS Kinesiology and Sport & Exercise Behavior, and she's an ACSM - Certified Exercise Physiologist - ACE Health Coach.

Chamber Members, be sure to take advantage of the Early Bird Discount for the Luncheon Program of $25 for Chamber members who RSVP by noon the Friday before the Luncheon, after that the cost goes up to $35.   The cost for Non-Members, and walk-ins is $35. Fruit & Veggie plates MUST be requested by noon the Friday before the Luncheon. Late requests cannot be accommodated.  No refunds or credits will be issued on any cancellations made less than 24 hours before Luncheon.
