Luncheon Topic: How to get fit when sitting 8+ hours a day. Let's face it; we're all sitting at our desks more now than ever before. In this age of zoom calls and working remotely we aren't taking breaks like we should to focus on our fitness or our mental well-being. Katie will give us the secrets to home workouts, some exercises we can do at our desks, and how to get our bodies beach-ready!
Brief Speaker Bio: Katie has a BS in Nutrition and Fitness, MS Kinesiology and Sport & Exercise Behavior, and she's an ACSM - Certified Exercise Physiologist - ACE Health Coach.

Chamber Members, be sure to take advantage of the Early Bird Discount for the Luncheon Program of $25 for Chamber members who RSVP by noon the Friday before the Luncheon, after that the cost goes up to $35. The cost for Non-Members and walk-ins is $35. Fruit & Veggie plates MUST be requested by 3 pm the Friday before the Luncheon. Late requests cannot be accommodated. Remember - Greenbriar has a strict No-Denim policy.
